What form of payment do you accept?

For information about insurances we accept, please visit our new Hollywood Walk-In Clinic site.

We also accept cash, credit or debit cards. There are no checks accepted at this time.
 

Do you have an x-ray machine?

Yes we do. We have a digital x-ray suite.

Do you have parking?

Yes. We have an adjacent lot which is free to our patients. There is handicap parking available.

Can I make an appointment?

Not at this time but you are more than welcome to just walk in!

Do I need an appointment to have my blood drawn?

No. You can walk in and have your blood drawn. Most lab tests are back within 2 to 3 days. You will be given a PIN number and log in instructions in order to retrieve your labs online.

If you do not take my insurance can I still be seen?

Absolutely. We can also help you fill out a Health Insurance Claim Form for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
